About me
> I'm open to collaborating on any AI/ML work that helps make the world a better place.
Hello! I'm Nuho, a Research Assistant at the Computational Intelligence (COiN) Lab, Southeast University, Dhaka. I earned my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from International Islamic University Chittagong in December 2023, ranking 1st in class. For my undergraduate thesis, I developed DiabSense, a smartphone-based system for early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes using Graph Neural Networks. This research led to my first peer-reviewed publication as first author — Journal of Big Data (Q1, Impact Factor: 10.8).
I also developed a self-supervised, clustering-based (SwAV) method for diabetic retinopathy grading aimed at reducing ophthalmologists' bias, published as first author in Frontiers in Robotics and AI. In addition, I co-authored work on high-fidelity reconstruction of 3D temperature fields using an attention-augmented CNN autoencoder, published in IEEE Access.
In addition to my own research, I contribute to the research community as a peer reviewer for the journal Expert Systems with Applications.
Feel free to reach out via email for my updated CV!
